Returns & Exchanges

At SUNJOY, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SUNJOY account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original shipping crates, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and schedule a pickup with our designated freight partner or drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
